Most body contouring treatments work best as a series. Typically, clients see optimal results with 6–12 sessions depending on the treatment and area. CryoSlimming often shows results in 3–5 sessions, while EMS typically requires 4–6 sessions. Most of our body contouring and laser treatments have zero to minimal downtime — you can return to normal activities immediately. Some treatments may cause temporary redness, warmth, or mild soreness (similar to a workout), but these effects typically resolve within hours. After GentleMax Pro vein removal, slight redness or minor bruising at the treatment site may occur but usually clears within a few days.
