PDRN Pen Microneedling

PDRN — short for polydeoxyribonucleotide — is a fragment of purified DNA derived from salmon. Because it's remarkably similar to human DNA, our skin recognizes it as a familiar building block. It activates fibroblasts (the cells that make collagen), reduces inflammation, and orchestrates the kind of cellular repair that leaves skin firmer, smoother, and visibly more youthful over time. It's a long-time staple of K-beauty, now embraced widely in advanced Western aesthetics.

Most clients notice softer texture and brighter tone within the first 7–10 days after a single session. For meaningful structural change — especially with acne scars, deeper lines, or significant sun damage — we recommend a series of three sessions spaced roughly four weeks apart, followed by maintenance every few months. Your provider will craft a plan tailored to your specific goals.

Comfort is one of our highest priorities. With a generous topical numbing application, the treatment feels like a light vibration — most clients compare it to an electric toothbrush gliding across the skin. Sensitive areas like the upper lip and forehead may feel slightly more tingly, but truly painful sensations are rare.

Expect a soft pink flush — similar to a light sunburn — for about 24 to 48 hours. Some skin may feel mildly tight or sandpaper-textured for a day or two as it heals. By day three, most clients are back to makeup and normal routine. Avoid sun, heat exposure, retinols, and active acids for about 5–7 days; we'll send you home with the gentlest care plan to support recovery.

PDRN is a highly purified DNA fragment, with the proteins that typically trigger fish allergies removed during processing. That said, if you have a known fish or shellfish allergy, please disclose it during consultation — we'll discuss whether the treatment is appropriate or recommend an alternative regenerative protocol that better suits you.

Your provider will review your full medical history during consultation to ensure it's safe and appropriate.
